Fanatics Collectibles has opened its first global flagship store in London, securing a prime 8,500-square-foot site at the junction of Regent Street and Piccadilly Circus. The store opened its doors on 26 April 2025, marking a significant moment in the brand’s retail expansion.

The opening ceremony saw seven-time Formula 1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton joined by Michael Rubin, CEO of Fanatics, to cut the ribbon. The launch event drew thousands of fans and collectors, bringing activity to a halt on one of London’s busiest shopping streets and underlining the brand’s international following.

The landmark deal was brokered by Colliers, with its Central London Retail team advising the landlord. Paul Souber, Head of Central London Retail at Colliers, commented: “We are thrilled to have played a role in bringing Fanatics to this landmark location. Regent Street’s global retail status made it a natural fit for the brand’s flagship debut. The opening not only marks a major milestone for Fanatics Collectibles but also reinforces the ongoing strength of London’s West End in attracting international brands committed to creating immersive, experience-led retail destinations.”

The flagship store offers an extensive collection of exclusive memorabilia, trading cards, apparel, and special edition sports collectibles. High-value trading cards are among the key features, with rare items that can sell for millions. The store design incorporates collector-focused areas, curated displays, and interactive elements including a podcast and social media studio, aiming to provide a premium, immersive shopping experience for both casual visitors and dedicated fans.

The space has been fitted out to enhance engagement, offering collector stations and experiential features designed to draw enthusiasts deeper into the Fanatics community.
