Moss, the menswear retailer, has launched a new flagship store in Birmingham’s Bullring Shopping Centre, furthering its strategy to reimagine the shopping experience for men. The 3,000 sq ft space officially opened its doors on Friday 30 May 2025, bringing Moss’s updated concept of service-led, confident retail to one of the UK’s busiest shopping destinations.
This latest store opening continues a series of strategic investments aimed at elevating in-store experiences across key UK locations. Designed with a contemporary aesthetic that combines sleek modernity with timeless tailoring, the Birmingham Bullring store presents an evolved retail model for Moss, merging fashion and functionality in a curated environment.

Brian Brick, CEO of Moss, commented:
“Men today don’t just want to look good – they want to feel confident in what they wear. That means clothes that fit well, feel great, and suit their day, wherever that takes them. Our role is to take the stress out of getting dressed – combining style with service that makes the whole experience effortless.”
The new Bullring store showcases Moss’s full range of products, from premium Italian-made suits and tailored formalwear to a versatile edit of casual pieces. The brand continues to offer ready-to-wear, hire, and custom-made tailoring services, supported by a team of trained style experts. These services are designed to give customers personalised advice, reflecting Moss’s philosophy that menswear should cater to diverse needs, not one-size-fits-all solutions.

As part of its commitment to quality, Moss partners with leading Italian mills including Ferla, Barberis, and E. Thomas, ensuring craftsmanship and innovation underpin every garment. The store’s layout has been carefully planned to allow easy navigation and an inviting atmosphere, embodying Moss’s aim of blending convenience with style.
Local store leadership also plays a key role in this initiative. The Bullring store is managed by Harvey Khuttan, who brings extensive retail experience and a passion for customer service.
“Whether someone’s coming in for a wedding suit, something sharp for work, or a relaxed look for the weekend – we’re here to make sure they leave feeling great,” said Khuttan. “The beauty of Moss today is the choice, the quality, and the expert advice that backs it all up. We’re thrilled to bring that to Birmingham.”

The Bullring opening is part of Moss’s broader brand evolution, which includes a shift away from its historical “Moss Bros” identity to a more contemporary “Moss” brand name. This change reflects the company’s move towards a digitally integrated, omni-channel retail model with a wider product offering beyond just formalwear and hire.
With the launch of its Birmingham Bullring flagship, Moss continues to solidify its role in the modern menswear space, delivering elevated, stress-free shopping experiences to a growing customer base.
In addition to its Birmingham expansion, Moss has also recently reopened its Oxford Street West flagship store. The refurbished location features a modernised layout and enhanced customer experience, aligning with the brand’s commitment to contemporary retailing.
