Primark has announced the completion of its Click & Collect service rollout across all 187 of its stores in Great Britain, with the final 29 stores – including all 21 in Scotland – going live today. The service allows customers to browse a broad selection of products online and collect their purchases in-store, marking a significant milestone in the retailer’s drive to enhance shopping convenience.
This expansion means that customers nationwide can now access a wider selection of Primark products, including women’s, men’s, kids’, and homeware ranges, through the retailer’s website before picking them up in person. The service also includes access to collections typically only stocked in larger stores, such as the Paula Echevarria collection, 100% linen pieces from The Primark Edit, and items from the adaptive clothing range.

Customers at smaller stores, such as Primark’s Hamilton location in Scotland, will benefit particularly from the new service. There, shoppers will have access to more than three times the typical in-store range, with over 5,000 items now available via Click & Collect.
Kari Rodgers, UK Retail Director at Primark, commented: “Now, wherever you live in Great Britain you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store that suits you. We’re thrilled to have now completed this roll out ahead of the summer. Whether you’re after a suitcase, a swimsuit or matching holiday outfits for the whole family, Click & Collect makes your summer holiday shopping even easier.”
The service was first piloted in 25 stores across the North West of England, Yorkshire, and North Wales. In April 2024, the retailer confirmed its intention to extend Click & Collect to all its Great Britain stores and expand the available product ranges. Customers can now choose a collection date up to seven days in advance, with orders ready from two days after placement. A £10 minimum order applies, and no delivery fee is charged.
Orders are collected from a dedicated Click & Collect desk, where customers can also pay for any additional purchases found in-store, helping them to bypass standard queues.

Click & Collect forms part of Primark’s broader strategy to drive footfall to physical stores by enhancing convenience and expanding access to its product offerings. According to independent research by Public First, the retailer contributed £2.6 billion to the UK economy and supported 54,000 jobs nationwide.
The research also indicated that approximately 2.3 million shoppers visit their high street each week specifically because of Primark. It found that every £10 spent at a Primark store contributes an additional £3.60 to nearby businesses, amounting to around £1 billion in spending in other shops and £500 million in restaurants annually.
