Silverburn, the retail and leisure destination in Glasgow owned by Henderson Park and managed by Eurofund Group, has announced that Stradivarius will be the latest brand to join its expanding retail portfolio. The Inditex-owned fashion label will open its first Glasgow store in a 6,462 sq ft unit at the centre.
This addition marks a significant milestone for Silverburn, which will now host four brands under the Inditex umbrella. Alongside the upcoming Stradivarius store, the centre already features a newly launched Zara flagship and Pull & Bear, with a Bershka set to open later this summer.

The announcement follows a dynamic start to 2025 for Silverburn, which has seen a wave of new signings and openings. Recent deals have included Haribo, H Beauty, and Hollister, while new stores from Black Sheep Coffee, Hotel Chocolat, and Jack & Jones have already opened to the public.
Silverburn’s momentum is supported by a track record of strong performance. In 2024, the centre recorded its highest footfall figures for the second consecutive year, welcoming over 15 million visits. The destination also achieved double-digit sales growth, reinforcing its role as a leading retail hub in Scotland.
Since Henderson Park and Eurofund Group entered a joint venture to manage the asset, they have overseen more than 60 leasing agreements, underlining the ongoing commercial investment and strategic vision behind the centre’s development.
